are urgently needed!

Kota has been missing since Sept 5^th,2006  from AGRA!

outline :On September 2 ,2006 Kota left for India and was to come back on September 24, but he didn't. No contact from him since he left. On October 17,India Police started investgating and on 25 his parents visited there and called media to help us.On January 14, 2007, his mother and supporters went to India again, but there was no clue at all.

The newspapers, The Hindi, The Times of India, The Hindustan,Amar Ujala, Danik Jagran reported their visit.

Kota Shinozaki  (Keio University Student, Tokyo, 21 years old) was at first believed to have gone missing soon after arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport at 2:00AM, September 3^rd, but Delhi Police has just recently traced him to Agra on September 5^th .We don't know yet how Kota entered Delhi city from the airport, but on the morning of 3^rd, around 8:00, he was in New Delhi railway station. Seeing him,  a tout for a travel agent took him to the office,Overseas Tours India They arranged a very expensive tour (US$450) for him: from Delhi --> Jaipur --> Agra by car, and then by railway from Agra --> Varanasi --> Buddha Gaya --> Calcutta --> back to Delhi.(It's not rare in Delhi that a bad travel agent arranges a tour for a newly arrived tourist with unreasonably expensive charge).

Soon after that,Kota left for Jaipur with a driver and stayed there for two nights.

On the 5^th, they left Jaipur by car in the morning and arrived at Agra nearly 15:00. He checked in CHANAKAYA Hotel (almost three kilometers southwest from Taj Mahal) and went sightseeing to Taj Mahal with a guide arranged by the driver through a local agent . They didn’t stop by at any souvenir shop and he came back to  the hotel at 17:00.

After coming back  nothing is clear. We don't know yet if it's true or false, but  an employee says Kota went out between18:00~18:30 with the driver and other three Indian guys,though two of them could have just been passers-by.

However the same employee also says Kota went out by himself alone with his back pack aroung 19:00.

In any case, it is said that the next morning around 11:00AM, he and his backpack weren’t at the room. 

He hadn't checked out. A railway ticked hadn't been given to Kota yet by the driver.　His money was not enough to continue the trip without the ticket.　So he has been missing again since 18:30(17:00?)PM in Agra.

The police are  still invesitigating, but information is confusing.

Please give us any  information about strange experiences of Agra (streets, parks, shops, bars, restraurants, hotels, negotiation with RIKISYA),  stangerous experience on

such tours,  especially around the night of September 5^th if you were there.

 His family members, his schoolmates and his friends, we are all very worried.

【Personality】

Kota is not the kind of person who goes missing by his own will.

During the summer holiday, he was making effort to remember his part  in a play which is to be performed in December.

He is not irresponsible and would not throw away his role. Last summer he　joined a volunteer tour to Cambodia and was very impressed. He could have been intending to do some volunteer work in Calcutta during this trip. He would not get　addicted to drugs or brainwashed by a religion.
